The service was very good and the phone is in perfect condition

It's a bit difficult to figure out how to integrate it into our system with 2 existing phones but we're still working on it. The service was very good and the phone is in excellent condition.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Not sure

Great Phone for Neanderthals

A Panasonic representative just informed me that these phones will not work properly when an electronic device is nearby. You mean like a computer? I ask. "Yes," he replies. "They won't work next to a computer." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Pros
  • Best in the Niche
Cons
  • For Retirees

Panasonic's best landline phone

Bought four and they all make a static noise when we use the speaker. Contacted Panasonic just couldn't figure it out and they didn't want to do anything as the warranty technically expired after just a few months. I'm just stuck now and will not recommend this product at all.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Some little things

Panasonic 4 line phone not as good

I bought 3 Panasonic 4 line phones thinking they would be a great replacement for my small business but the phones keep flashing red when in use stand-by mode, so you can tell if the line is ringing or busy. I called support they said that's how it is! Another problem is that the phone starts ecco while talking to someone. Overall I'm not very happy and need to look around for a new kit.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

I love Panasonic but not this one!

What full-featured phone has NO CALLER ID these days? Of course I should have been careful, but in this day and age it's a given! There are more frustrations. When trying to dial a number quickly, the system is slow and confusing. On speed dial buttons, you assign them to either speed dial or intercom, but not both. I want to save speed dials and at least two quick connect stations. I definitely return cell phones. I am wondering if I want to order a Panasonic KX-TS4200B 4-Line with Caller ID.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

2 out of 4 phones had problems

These are great 4 line phones that are easy to set up and use. The user interface is well designed as is the overall look of the phones. The only issue I found is that 2 of the 4 phones we ordered had handset issues. Somehow there is a "feedback" type issue with 2 that makes speaking awkward unless the receive volume is on the lowest setting, and even then it's still noticeable. I need to check this with Panasonic as the other 2 phones are working fine. There is a slight delay when pressing the

Overall great phone system

I bought 5 of these phones for our shop in January 2009 and they all still work great. The only issue I had was that two of them had speakerphone issues, so I placed them in places where speakerphones are not needed. These are rugged phones that have endured over 4 1/2 years of business use with no issues. At $85 each, this is the real deal. Check your speakerphone issue immediately after purchase to determine if you have a defective unit so you can send it in for a replacement if necessary…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity
