These are great 4 line phones that are easy to set up and use. The user interface is well designed as is the overall look of the phones. The only issue I found is that 2 of the 4 phones we ordered had handset issues. Somehow there is a "feedback" type issue with 2 that makes speaking awkward unless the receive volume is on the lowest setting, and even then it's still noticeable. I need to check this with Panasonic as the other 2 phones are working fine. There is a slight delay when pressing the keys, but this doesn't bother us when dialing. The intercom is easy to set up and the phone itself looks great on our office desks.
