Do your job so my son doesn't use dresser drawers as steps. THEN WHAT! They will peel/remove/damage the surface of your furniture. But since I want to fix my son's dresser anyway, I don't think it's that bad. I just think other parents should know. They are pretty easy to use, it's difficult for a kid. Keeps drawers closed very well.
