This is PERFECT for my 2005 Ford Focus. It comes with foam padding and an electrical connector for power mirrors. It is just being screwed on and the cable connected. GOOD PRICE! NOTE: This does not come with mounting bolt and screw. You must use existing hardware. There is a 10mm screw and a torx screw. If your mirror (like mine) was sheared, chances are your front screw is missing. Some reviewers complained that the cutting edge was a little loose and vibrated. Some even used gorilla glue to fix it. This is not a problem if you are securing with the front screw.
