I bought this mainly so I can use my EarPods while running on my treadmill at home without having to turn up the TV volume. Activity. So I blew up the ceiling TV to hear no more. The sound is perfect. According to other reviewers, there may be a slight lag due to Bluetooth, but I found it barely noticeable. I was having trouble syncing with my headphones. Had to do it 5 or 6 times before it worked. Maybe because my iPhone was nearby. I don't know but it works! Satisfied so far
