Doesn't work with Airpods Pro. Their marketing mentions and misleads that it works with ALL Bluetooth headphones and ALL Airpods. I've been confirmed to work with many Bluetooth headphones, but THIS DOES NOT WORK with Airpods Pro. Twelvesouth, please do not mislead buyers and make it clear. I return mine.

I bought this product to use my wireless headphones on Delta flights. The transmitted sound is about half as strong as when using wired headphones. I don't see this noticeable decrease in volume when connected to my iPhone. In addition, this device introduced significant audio lag. The sound and movement of the mouth on the screen was so noticeable that this device was unusable for its intended purpose.

Works surprisingly well. I was surprised that you can charge and use them at the same time. I use them on airplanes to listen to inflight entertainment with my AirPods. I also use them to listen to music on my laptop with AirPods. They work very well. Now I don't have to carry wired headphones with me when I travel. They really work as advertised. I haven't had any problems with them since I've been using them.

Airfly was bought for travel and works great. Just make sure you're charging it or there's a USB connection. Most Delta flights have a USB port on the monitor or an outlet under the seat.
