, the caps are too tight to put part of a cotton swab in and also put fingers through. It's a struggle to put them all down like that. However, I should point out that doing things while you have them is more convenient than other options. Update: I tried using these to remove my gel polish. Although it was uncomfortable to put on, I was able to do it myself. However, they are very narrow. I felt like I was losing blood flow to my fingertips. I couldn't leave them on for more than 20 minutes which wasn't enough time to remove the polish :(
