BluePada has provided outstanding capabilities and tools

The ability to have two separate applications for customer service, sales call center or outbound calling without having duplicate systems is great! It's very easy with one platform that allows you do all of these things in an organized fashion which makes it easier than ever before when trying new features as we are constantly adding more functionality each month. There really isn't anything I dislike about this system at present time but if there was something specific then please let me know so i can address those issues immediately because they would be fixed right away!! We use bluepanda primarily for our outsourced support team where customers dial into their phone number from anywhere across Canada (or even other countries) via web chat/video conferencing etc..
