To be honest, I love the products from Malin + Goetz. I once stayed in a hotel in Soho where their products were in the bathroom and I've been using their shampoos and soaps for years. I decided to give this a try last week based on the positive reviews and good reputation of the brand. Big mistake. Smells like a lemon urinal. It's so lemony it almost makes you nauseous. It looks like a fake Lemon Pledge fragrance, although it states that it only uses 100% natural fragrance. I assumed it would be a subtle citrus scent and I couldn't be more wrong. If you are a woman I believe this is the worst way to go against your mood. As a man I don't wear cologne, but once you put it on you have this scent that follows you throughout the day and smells like you've sprayed lemon zest on someone's shirt. Too strong even with normal use. I guess after using so many of their products it was inevitable and I finally found something I didn't like. A frustrating but learned lesson about ordering groceries online, where smell plays a big part. hicks. Their rum, lime and mint are amazing. I was a bar manager at some point in my life, and when I say that the scent reminds me of a urine cake, I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. Smells like new right out of the box. hicks.
