I like the look and design. The mop itself is not very strong. If you try to clean something with extra force, the latch that adjusts the length of the squeegee gives way fairly easily, and with the brushing motion, the squeegee gets shorter and shorter. I would say this is a good lightweight mop. It does not work effectively if a force greater than its own weight is applied, the stick will bend and fail. The design that prevents the mop head from touching dirty water is ingenious and efficient. The mop head rotates, the cleaning brush picks up dirt/hair, the spray head directs water onto the mop head and the dirty water collects underneath, is filtered and used to spray the mop head again. Due to the small compact design, it is very convenient for lighting. Daily cleaning duty or immediate cleanup of spillage. My dog had an accident this morning and I noticed a puddle of urine on the hardwood floor. In a rush to get to work, I grabbed a tissue and sopped up most of the urine. I placed the mop bucket on the counter, poured some cleaning solution into it, and filled it to the bucket full line with no more than 3 cups of water. All this is very light and compact. I took it to the spill, gave the mop a few turns to wet it and wiped/cleaned up the rest of the urine. I rotated the mop a few more times to clean the mop head and went to the sink to empty the bucket, quickly rinsed and I easily disinfected and effectively removed the urine puddle on my floor. Before this mop, it would have been quite cumbersome with a large mop system that would have taken a long time to fill the bucket and would have been heavy and cumbersome. Clean the floor and wipe it with another cloth. The usage time of the rag method was the same and just as comfortable compared to this lightweight compact mop. I like that it's more appropriate than the rag method. I always have to be extra careful when disinfecting my towels because I never know what disgusting stuff I've wiped off. Nice to know that they now only dry clean their bodies after showering. I was really hoping that this mop would be a bit stronger and could clean better but for what it is and what it was designed for it is very efficient. I recommend this mop for light cleaning. However, for deep cleaning or larger jobs, you need a powerful mop. Update 7/14/2022: I still use this mop quite often. I stand by my original review but now that a lot of time has passed I can add that nothing has broken and it still works as intended.
