I love this ergonomic peeler. It is extremely functional, does not constrict the hand, is washable and the blade is protected when not in use. Be very careful when using it, it's razor sharp to ensure you have perfect control over the depth of your cut, but I cut my finger a couple of times opening it carelessly. ATTENTION when opening the blade! (The good news is that this is always a very clean cut.) Overall, I would highly recommend this tool to any professionally appointed dining experience. And in a pinch, you could probably shave with it (just kidding!)
