I'm not a fitness freak. General. My gynecologist recommended that I take egg whites as a supplement because I had such terrible morning sickness during my last pregnancy. I drank 2 bottles of Verify a day along with a chocolate peanut butter or strawberry banana egg white protein shake. Helped a lot! My daughter's weight has increased, as has mine. I still couldn't control my morning sickness and vomiting (24/7 all day) but I regained my energy and was able to maintain my weight. I have continued to use it while breastfeeding and it has helped my energy. and I just felt healthier and better all over. I still use egg white protein because I have an overactive thyroid which is making it difficult to maintain my weight. I drink two protein shakes a day β in the morning and in the evening. To be honest it has worked wonders for me!
