they come without laces and you have to lace them up yourself and if you're a perfectionist like me you'll need a good hour and switch. I've had Osiris before, but you've always been very accurately prelaced from the Journey Store. You need to lace them up a little tighter so your foot doesn't lift off in your shoes when you walk.
