Review on 🎵 Tonearm Lifter by Q UP by William Mathis

I have a ProJect 1Xpression Carbon Classic and unfortunately QUp is not compatible with this turntable. I was really disappointed with this product on many levels after receiving it. Having to make permanent "changes" to a $50 product is not a solution. Even so, there is still not enough space between the outside edge of the record and where the arm assembly is inserted into the base. The QUp is too wide and rubs against my records. I really hope you plan on fixing some of these design flaws as I would love to use your product. If anyone has other solutions or tutorials I'd love to hear them. As it stands I will be returning this product very unsatisfied.
