Review on JobBoard.io by Aaron Parish

There are numerous features which makes it easy for users such as myself who have never before used an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It was very straight forward in terms of learning how everything works together- from posting jobs to contacting candidates via email or phone call using our provided contact lists. The only thing I did not like at first but after some time adjusting things became second nature were searching through multiple emails/phones calls looking for candidate information that had been posted online by recruiters etc. Sometimes this can be frustrating when trying to find what we're suppose to do next since there's so much going on within each section.-searching resumes to apply and keep track of them all in one place. I like how the platform is set up so that you can easily switch between candidates and employers. It was a little confusing at first to get everything set up, but once you know where to go it's easy. I appreciate how quickly I can switch between candidates and employers. There is no easy way to import candidates that I've already hired through other sites. I've been able to use JobBoard to hire and onboard new employees quickly.
