Great until it started pulling my hair
I liked this diffuser until it started catching my hair and pulling it out. I started to feel the hangnails and noticed that my curls lost their shape at the end of drying. Soon every hair dryer became a torture and my hair was a mess. I don't use high heat so I can't explain why this happened all of a sudden. Went back to my old diffuser and had no problems. It goes in the trash.
