, I just installed this for my shimano front derailleur derailleur, it was a pretty easy process after watching a youtube video. The quality seems very good, although I have yet to test it on the road. Just note that depending on the cable routing system on your bike, you may need to purchase two of these kits to have enough external cables to completely replace the front and rear derailleurs. My Fuji is set up so that the external cable runs straight through the frame, and I have enough external cables in one set to replace the front and back, but there's a small 5" segment missing at the very back. If you only have external cables on the outside of the frame, a front and rear swap kit will do. I highly recommend using a good cable cutter, especially for the external cable, the pliers will only squeeze it and you will probably need to use a lot of force. I used the Park Tool CN-10 and it cut through them very easily.
