So cute, sorry I don't know how much I trust sterling silver, they plug my kid's ears. Although, maybe it's just her own sensitivity. The back isn't solid, so there's a lot of building to be done behind the ladybugs. If you do get them, make sure you clean your child's ears like you do every other day, otherwise there will be a large build-up. I clean her earrings every week and growth is still poor.
