What came does not match the product or manufacturer and does not match the picture on the box.

The product says I ordered one from Jmery but the one I received says nlkeancis what gives? My daughter ordered one right before me and hers is jmery. Mine doesn't match the picture on the box. Mine only has 6 speeds and my daughter has 7 speeds. My daughter has a silver t-shirt for a gun and I have a cheap black plastic one, what should I do with it? I feel like I got a cheap replacement.
