Yes it's very small but it's exactly what I want for the front of my new tricycle for adults with a large rear wanted basket. . Since I only put my fanny pack, bike lock and cell phone in it when I'm driving, it's perfect for my purposes. I additionally secured it with a few turns of wire as the plastic loops provided were so tightly attached to the basket that they were completely unusable! (Someone at the factory should explain to the workers/packers what these zip ties are for. NOT for attaching a basket to a plastic bag!) Oh, the "I *heart* my bike" sticker is peeling off. Thank God!
