Review on Enhance your Honda Odyssey: Metra 99-7880B Single/Double DIN Dash Installation Kit for 2011-Up Vehicles by Chad Delgado

So, good news, bad news. Update LX Odyssey 2014+, the standard brackets you use in the installation guide are not compatible with this kit. I was able to get around this by ordering radio mounts for a 2013 Odyssey (part numbers 39111-TK8-A00 and 39161-TK8-A00) and now everything looks great. If your Odyssey has brackets with a triangular center hole (part numbers 39111-TK8-A30 and 39161-TK8-A30) you can modify the bracket to fit this kit. I couldn't make it good so the extra $40 was spent on stock parts. If you have anything other than the LX fairing, it looks like you have other brackets that may work with this kit (part numbers 39111-TK8-A20 and 39161-TK8-A20). All said and done, I'm really happy with how things look now using 2013 brackets that go straight to 2017. 3 stars though because I think Metra really should supply the necessary brackets to ensure a proper installation. I would happily pay a little more to have them made available to me. Much luck!
