I am using this product for one year now as my primary tool in managing our cybersecurity program at work (as an internal Security Manager). It has been very easy so far - all you need are some basic skills like reading through documentation or watching online courses about how it works! The UI/UX could be better but that's not really something which would stop me from recommending other products if they had similar functionality without being too complicated. As mentioned above though, there isn't anything bad about this software either. You can use it when your budget allows because it doesn't cost much compared to what we get out of it while providing us great insights into potential threats within minutes after reporting them. We've seen many successful penetration tests performed by external teams who used BugCrowd reports only instead of doing actual research themselves due to time constraints.
