Review on 🔒 Ancra 40888-26-02 Black Original Premium Cam Buckle Tie Down, 4 Pack with Enhanced SEO by Pete Hahn

I bought these a month ago to use on my bike. Today when unbuckling my motorcycle seat belts, the silver metal part in the buckle broke when I pressed on it with my thumb. The silver item broke in 2 places and the pieces fell off like it was porcelain instead of metal. It looks like a manufacturing error. I have attached an image. I contacted Sline (the company that sells Ancra consumer products). The customer service phone number does not work and the email address listed on the website does not exist (the email is bounced). that they had defective buckles in some production batches which they remembered about 5 years ago. They were surprised that I received one of the faulty buckles. They quickly sent me 2 replacement straps (instead of one) via UPS. The new belts work as intended with no problems. That's good customer service from Sline, although the only problem with the whole process was that the main 'customer service' phone number was unavailable! I give 4 stars for the product but 3 stars for the customer service.
