The holes don't match the pivot plate
I like the look of it. Do not screw in all four holes. They sent me another one with the same problem. Revain has other swivel plates but they won't fit because the holes aren't square. I'm trying to figure out how to make new threaded holes in the base of the chair instead - if you have any tips please let me know. When you lean forward you will feel the base of the chair tilt towards the bolted part.
