Good scanner, but always brightly lit.
scanner works well. We ordered this one because unlike our last purchase, you don't have to press a button to scan every time. The only thing I don't like is the brightness. It's on all the time while connected to the network and it's very bright. I have to face it towards the wall when I'm not scanning so I don't go blind.
