I have to say I have used several of these adapters and generally they do their job well and I am happy with the functionality. BUT the problem with this is that the end of the microSD adapter is NOT beveled on the front edge, which can damage some microSD card slots. Look at any high quality microSD card and you will see that the leading edge (contact side) has a 45 degree bevel, which was not the case at the time of writing this review. Fortunately, this is easy to fix yourself. Just take a small file and add it carefully. The bevel serves to press the contacts in the microSD slot when a card is inserted. Without them, you run the risk of just pushing those pins forward and crushing them in the slot. Trust me because this has happened to me. If you can't remove and replace the microSD slot, you may have messed up the device you're connecting it to. Do yourself a favor by using them and add a SKU to the top of the microSD end and the adapter will be fine.
