I think for the most part he does his job. I had no problems. I will say that you will get through the wax pretty quickly. I only have 3 packs left and less than half of the 2nd in the heating pad. The digital display can be a little wonky, like the numbers jumping up and down like crazy, and it took me a while to figure out that this had to do with the actual temperature of the wax as it was being heated. Or maybe it's just a delay, who knows. I've had it for about 2 weeks now. No problems so far, I think the price is good for what is included.
