Leather quality is good for computers and accessories

My husband was filling the bag with all his work stuff and the leather ripped when he held the bag in the air and tried to close it. We contacted this company and they responded to the situation very quickly. They quickly took care of the situation and immediately got us a new bag. We had the bag a year ago. We will use the new bag that was sent to see how it was! Thank you Polara!
