Some of these tops don't burn, one blinks, none makes a sound. Most of them are buggy except for one of the red ones. two triggers (T-Tool) are damaged (one has melted and loses its function). I was planning on offering them as party fillers but it won't draw the kids' attention like I expected. Maybe these spinning tops could keep them entertained for a while as part of the games during the birthday party. only if they don't expect them to perform at the highest level, but I don't even want to plan this game and make the kids look on in disappointment. I'm only leaving one star because a couple of the 12 items worked somewhat (apart from the lights). I opened one up and found that the ON/OFF button is decorative. The only thing that works is the rotation feature. But if I want to donate 12 items I wouldn't have enough for 2 as two idle launchers would be useless and you need launchers to spin the tops.
