These are not good for eggs.

So far the first time I used them, the eggs I put in them stuck terribly. I guess in my mind I thought they were more like parchment paper but they are not. Haven't ventured to try them again yet, but I just bought some avocado spray and we'll give it a go once more. I'm trying to get away from using spray grease type products, but looks like it's going to be necessary for these good value though, you get a lot for a small price.

Pros

Great price, and worked perfect for the wedding I was making cupcakes for.

Cons

May not be as cost-effective as other brands
