Shipping and packaging was ok but there are a few issues with this product hence I am giving a bad rating! Problem 1: It shakes a lot. Every time I open the lid of the Veruto Plus to put a pod inside, it shakes like the car is about to fall over. The same happens when I take out a glass of water, or when I open the drawer to take out capsules, or even when I put a cup on the stand to start the machine. Problem 2: The pod storage box is probably only practical for storing the smaller Veruto Line pods, not the larger 8-ounce pods. I had a hard time adjusting the large pods I have. They managed to adjust, but it just wasn't a smooth experience, especially when they're at the top or in the back row. Problem 3: Well, for the price I paid I wasn't expecting extremely excellent workmanship from this product, but the finish of the product isn't worth it in my opinion.
