My wife uses these wired headphones to make phone calls on the go. She tells me the tone is appropriate and her interlocutors don't give her bad feedback about being heard, so it's a win on those points, but they fall out of her ears. In my testing, however, the sound quality was solid, with resonant bass (if the headphones fit your ears properly) and fairly balanced across the audio spectrum. The cable is a standard wired headphone cable that can become tangled. They're touting the cable's durability, so we'll see how it fares over time given the rigorous use it's likely to receive. Wired headphones can stand up to some testing and tend to fail at the junction of the cable and headphone. We hope that a strong and durable product will justify the slightly higher price.
