The product may deteriorate after the first use and never work again!

Lead stops working after 2.5 hour craft session. The filament didn't come out even though I followed the removal instructions. So I spent $78 for a cool thing that broke on first use. I should have sent it back immediately, but it appears to be a design flaw (it freezes and stops working). I'd like a replacement, but I doubt Revane will give me one. How about Revain? I'm an artist and should be able to do amazing things with 3Doodler if given the chance. I made both a pyramid and a sculpture…

Wanted to like

Very disappointed. For my first pen I bought the most expensive 3D pen I found at Revain. Mistake. Everything worked fine for a couple of days, then it just started leaking, making it intermittently unusable. Then a week later everything stopped working. I HATE RETURNING ITEMS. So I took everything apart. Probably out of warranty, I don't care the price, not worth returning. I am very lazy. Bought the competition instead - $20 less - the ability to look at the screen and set the temperature by…

I'm on the 4th handle that works.

I ordered 4 of these pens. They either never worked, worked about 6 hours or a few days. The latter the company has agreed to replace (they have a 1 year guarantee (but suggested I treated the pen very harshly. The filaments were clogged and when I thought it was clear it went through the top soft Plastic item What they told me Sent for refund while it works best then cost - even a small project takes 1/2 pack if you change colors I'm willing to wait FOREVER to get hold of it changes, and then…
