Don't buy them; basically useless
first i gave a good review basically they came on time and it looks like i ordered it. About 6-8 of these broke before we stopped using them; Either the knot on the elastic was untied and torn, or the elastic itself was torn. I tried using large whites but the prongs were so small they didn't catch on the paper so couldn't use them. The only valuables were small plastic clips that were sent separately. Thank goodness I still had enough of my 10-20 year old curlers to finish the perm.
