Labeled as masks without adjustable ear loops, however one of the three in the pack had an adjustable plastic loop. I find this plastic element incredibly uncomfortable when wearing the mask for a long time, which is why I chose this product in the first place. The two masks that didn't have adjustable straps are comfortable, and even the adjustable one is more comfortable than other adjustable masks I've tried.
