Review on Effortlessly Lift Your Riding Mower With MoJack EZ Max - 450Lb Capacity, Folds Flat For Easy Storage, Perfect For Maintenance Or Repair by Sierra Moore

Solid and well engineered

I decided on the mechanical lift rather than hydraulic, because I have had hydraulics fail and they tend to bleed off to some extent. I am now positive the choice I made was correct. I put this together and used it immediately, as I needed to change the 3 blades on my mower. This thing is not light weight, which is a plus. It's well built and sturdy. The 3/8" square hole for the worm gear is definitely a plus. I was able to raise and lower it with my drill. This actually will be how I have to do it, as the handle hit the front of my Husqvarna 48" mower. I could raise the handle to miss, but it caused the handle to be at a very awkward angle to turn that many revolutions. The lift is plenty high enough to get under and do what you need to do.The only thing I would advise is that the directions seem to be out of date. On the list of items it had washers. I searched for 30 minutes through the box, wrapping, and dividers for the washers, and never found any. I then realized by looking at the pictures in the directions of the bolts/nuts, that the nuts were actual forged washer nuts, and the bolts had the washers built in. So, if you get this, do not spend the time I did looking for the washer. you'll likely never find them.Overall the product seems very reliable. This is the type of item you don't use all that often, but when you do need it; you need it to be safe and reliable. The MoJack system is just that.
