I've just returned from a 10 day stay in Europe, my first real road test of this screen. My goal is to be able to run my business from anywhere. My IP telephony works great, all my documents and apps are in the Google cloud and my Sony laptop offers local firepower. This left me with a dilemma: How do I replicate the three-screen setup in my home office that I've become heavily dependent on? So this pup seemed like a good decision. It just fits (barely) in my 24" Travelpro carry-on. Final results? Worked flawlessly, bright, good color rendering, plug and play, no problem. Port, lack of another air conditioner to pack and carry was a nice plus. This one Setup gives me two monitors, enough for a week or two, for longer trips I can buy a second one, so I have three (laptop + two AOCs) but then I have to grab a bigger suitcase and check in (I hate checking out bags). ONE COMPLAINT: The stand disassembles into two parts (base and leg) very easily, however, what remains is a 2 inch blind cap on the monitor that sticks out at a 45 degree angle and prevents the monitor from being unassembled is 100% flat on both sides It seems that a better design could eliminate this stub.
