Most of the Children's Factory products are of high quality, but everything we have bought with this company's mirrors is not good. They break easily and are dangerous with sharp edges (not as sharp as regular glass but should be phased out anyway). We had 3 similar products from this company that did the same thing. I will most likely have to throw them away as the support service doesn't even respond to my message about the defect and warranty service. Due to poor customer service and poor performance, this device should get 1 star overall.
