The name isn't quite right

These gloves are stuffy. To be honest, I don't feel much difference between these and my "summer" riding gloves. If these gloves are indeed designed for cold weather, they're not that warm; I mean they have perforations on the palm for some crazy reason. Other than that I like these gloves and they are comfortable. I wear a thin pair underneath and it helps a lot. During the Michigan winter I ride in temperatures as low as 15-20 degrees and refuse to wear bike gloves or whatever their name is, so I'm always looking for decently warm riding gloves that I can still operate the derailleur and droppers in can. I'd say they're good for anything over 40, which is probably what they're aimed at, but I still can't figure out the perforated (holes) palm. These are good gloves but the name is misleading.
