I used to have a stress ball like this (the same one sold at Krogers 10 years ago) and I was hoping it would feel like it used to. it was like this. This ball has a sand-like material, giving it a completely unique feel compared to rubber balls. This is better and provides more tension in my opinion, so it does its job much better than rubber. The only downside is that because it's like sand inside, it will leak if you accidentally pierce it. So be careful! But it's durable and apart from the movement, I've had the same ball for years with no problems. I would also add that since it's a bit more stressful it would be great for physical therapy too.
