As other buyers have said, this item has a sheer top. I wouldn't really call it 1920's.it has an empire waist. If you're buying it just for a '20's party or Gatsby party, look elsewhere.I bought the M/L. I was nervous because I'm a size 10 pants, and wear a 38G cup bra. It's a tight fit, especially up top, but it does fit!
