Review on Flex In Style: MIZOK Men'S Yoga Shorts For Optimal Training Performance by John Beltran

I really like this short, and use it as a jock under my shorts. It provides good support but no compression, and is very shear. Without a thong or a jockstrap, it is very revealing, and I think some colors will be more so (I ordered green in L). Sizing is a bit tight so order one size up. I may yet wear it to the gym as is with an internal garment and an untucked t-shirt but have yet to do so. In closing, it is very comfortable for lounging around the house but as it has no liner, it has no absorbing quality of underwear.
