Good alternative to HDMI cable
I installed a brand new 65" Samsung QLED TV above my fireplace where there were no cable connections. I ran a line from the attic to the closet where my cable box and surround sound receiver are located. This setup allows me to run an ethernet cable through the wall where the TV is mounted. The HDMI connector doesn't fit the conduit, so I used this unit and a 25" shielded ethernet cable to connect my receiver. for TV I've been using this for 7 months with no problems and the picture is excellent compared to streaming the show directly through the TV's Wi-Fi connection.
