Review on πŸ’™ 0.91 Inch Blue I2C OLED Display Module for 5 Pieces, with DC 3.3V~5V I2C OLED Screen Driver by Jeremy Stephens

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Worked well for me, less than I expected, although not bad. Bright.

This works well when I group my pis as the height is about what I would have between pis. Installing the Adafruit library took a bit of fiddling, and as you can see the image shows some additional control characters from the example, but using it I'll make sure the text more closely matches what I want. I had to omit the contract in the picture because it's a conspicuous little thing and otherwise it would blur the picture. I didn't mind putting headers. While the connectors are fine at this stage of the layout, I can solder the other three wires and they just end up with connectors that I can connect to the i2c bus. I think it makes sense for such a wholesaler to skip the headlines. Finding the address was trivial, but I couldn't find a manual referenced in the description. Turns out after a few minutes of googling I got the correct instructions for the Pi. The great thing about pi is the community support. Would happily buy them again if I needed more than 5 (cluster expansion maybe?).
