I am a big fan of RENPHO products. What I love about this neck massage is that it works! I've had back massagers and handheld massagers that claim to work deep tissue but find that they're weak and do nothing more than a light massage. It does the job. The intensity can be changed, the direction of heating can be set according to your individual needs. Since I work all night in the hospital, I need a massage a few times a week. That does the trick. Well what I don't like. I'm small, that's not it. It is very large and the hand straps, while short, are not adjustable and still too long for me to keep the massage as comfortable as it should be. I usually put it on the sofa and relax on it. This is a product that I definitely recommend. The price is lower than others on the market and this brand did not disappoint me either.
