Review on Omega Paw Paw Cleaning Litter Mat by Stacey Growe

It seems like this paw pad can be random depending on the cat, but it works fine for us. There are small grooves and dots on the mat to remove dirt from your cat's paws. We bought it together with the Omega Paw litter box; and while the mat does not capture all debris, it successfully retains about 60%. I wish he was a little bigger so he could catch more. It covers about the same area as a regular kitchen towel folded in half. Our kitty doesn't jump over the mat or try to step on it. The reason for this may be that since we rescued her she only uses a paw mat so never knew there was a towel on the floor and not this mat. She probably just thinks that's how her tablet works; or, more likely, they don't really care how the carpet feels. This rug is made of flexible, grippy plastic that stays in place on the floor; If you have trouble driving, you can tuck the flat end under the rim of the tray. It's so easy to clean: just take it outside (or hold it over a trash can), bend it outwards and give it a few taps, and any residue will fall off. If this rug was bigger, it would get five stars. I would recommend it if 1) your cat isn't used to using a towel to sniff out dirt, or 2) your cat is very calm and not very picky (ha!).
