The material of the bag scratches easily.
I was disappointed because when the bag arrived it was perfect for what I needed and very cute, but then I saw that the pink skin colored faux leather material of the outer pockets was scratched and the material seemed to continue slightly to scratch, making a replacement moot. If you didn't care that would be great but these things bother me so I came back.
