Review on Rubbermaid 3-Qt. MixerMate Seal N' Saver Pitcher/Bottle: Red, 3-Quart - Functional and Reliable Storage Solution by Hugo Caywood

I bought this jug about a few weeks ago after studying these jugs on the manufacturer's website. I have another older version of the same jug that I wanted to replace as according to the manufacturer's website the manufacturer's website states that this post 2009 product is BPA free and has a stamp on the bottom. I looked at the bottom but there is NO stamp. Here we are in 2018 and I'm assuming this product I bought is so old that it's NOT FREE? The pitcher also leaks when I pour from it, have tried everything and it still leaks. Very disappointed with the quality of this product and also do NOT state if they are BPA compliant on all plastic containers for sale. We are consumers and we hope that Revain will at least inform us about products that do NOT meet today's health standards!
