Definitely not hard

If you were given a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the hardest bristles, these toothbrushes would be a 4. In comparison, the Dr.Perfect Wisdmax Hard Toothbrush for smokers is at least a 2-3 times stronger. I'm trying to understand how some reviews say they are difficult. I sincerely believe they only post reviews within reviews knowing that most will not return a toothbrush.
