I've been using it for a month and a half and it's a struggle every time. I've mostly used regular ice cubes, but got so frustrated with the inability to keep the contents cool that I now use blocks of ice that can be frozen and reused. Don't put anything heavy on it as the top folds very easily (not a selling point but should be noted). Build quality seems ok, but I assume the insulation quality is the problem? I gave it 4 stars for durability and it would get 5 stars if the top was more durable and the handle was built in rather than snap on. The low 2 star rating is because it doesn't last 6 hours despite late July and all of August in Utah. He drives an air-conditioned tractor all day, so he needs to at least keep some ice. Finally, the dry storage lid holds two snack bars, so don't expect to put a lot on it and it won't snap. The price keeps falling and I suspect they are sold out. I don't see any low cost alternatives that aren't made by Pelican, Yeti or similar.
